We send electric bikes and scooters through UPS/DPD/TNT/MAINFREIGHT/Truck Select Ground, these fast shipping ways. And send accessories through usual ways. Please note that if you request a signature and are not at home to sign for your order, the courier may take your package back with them. Please also allow around 2 days for the tracking company update.
Our processing time for e-bike/e-scooter is 2 days (except presale). The accessories vary depending on warehouse stock between 1-4 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information. From there, it can take around 5-10 days to receive your order depending on where you are located. As to accessories, around 10-15days.
Almost all of our bikes/scooters are free shipping to Europe countries and US! Some are free shipping to UK as well. For other counties, please contact us for shipping details.

After your order has been processed, we will place a tracking number on the yamaway.com order and you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information.
If it has been more than 4 business days and you still have not received a tracking number or tracking number is not working, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number so we can help!

I just placed an order and according to the tracking number, it hasn’t been shipped yet. Will I be able to cancel it?
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. Just because there is no tracking information does not mean it has not been shipped. There is always a lag between when the product leaves our facility and when it is scanned by the carrier.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been shipped, please wait for it to arrive. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs to return items to our warehouse.
If for buyer’s reasons (including but not limited to: wrong address, no one can be contacted, refusal to sign for the item…) resulting in a return, the buyer will need to bear the full send and return shipping cost.
We’re sorry to hear that your order was damaged! We can’t always control how our items are handled during shipping. Pleas check the box when you sign for it, and if there is any damage, please communicate with the postal carrier and write the damage when you sign for it, and please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can help.
If you find some parts are scratched or damaged after opening the box, we will send you a replacement. But don’t accept returning.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to change your shipping address to the correct one. If your order has already been shipped, we do not accommodate requests for address changes.

Refused deliveries, undeliverable packages, or orders placed with the wrong address will be treated as returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded, ($300 per ebike, $600 per citycoco will be deducted for free shipping products) and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Our adult bikes have a weight limit of 250 lbs – 330 lbs. Our citycoco scooters have a weight limit of 440 lbs. When the weight limit is exceeded, the parts of the bike or scooter will experience stress and may break or twist.
Our e-bikes and scooters are made in China, just like the top ones. We work closely with factories of different brands to support us in design, shipping, after-sales and technical aspects.

Inseam is the most important metric to consider when deciding on bike size. In order to make this measurement correctly, follow these guidelines:
Stand up straight with your feet 6-8 inches apart.
Using a tape or a custom tape, measure from the bottom of the foot to the top of the inner leg.
Compare your inseam measurements to your bike’s standing height. There should be about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.
If you’re interested in stride frame styles, be aware that stand height isn’t as important as ride comfort. We offer a variety of frame sizes and adjustable seats to suit different body types and heights.
Yes, and it’s not difficult. We provide assembly instructions for you to assemble your bike at home. But we suggest you can reach us at [email protected] for the instruction video. That will be more efficient . so we can help with any questions you may have during your assembly.
At this time, we cannot customize bikes for individual customers. To add a personal touch to your bike, you can grab separate components such as wheel sets, hydraulic brakes, handlebars, seats, rear bags, grips, and more!

Please avoid overcharge the battery. When you don’t use it for long time, Please charge it at least once a month. Please safekeeping it in cool & dry Environment
It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride.
Yes. Do I recommend it? No, I don’t recommend it. Most e-bikes can withstand rain to some extent. Weather like a drizzle should not cause problems.However, do not ride in flooded conditions as this can cause the battery to short out. As you know, this situation is not covered by the after-sales warranty
You can make your e-bike waterproof. So I would suggest wrapping the connections with something extra, you can use tape but it won’t look good. You can find other things like a tarp, or black cloth tape that might look a little better. If you really want the extra waterproof insulation, you can also wrap it with insulation and then cover it with tape.
1. Keep the battery disconnected from any and all terminals. Charge every two or three weeks, at least once a month.
2. Keep the battery indoors. Maybe an unused closet. If storing in a garage, put a 2×4 or 3/4 inch thick piece of plywood underneath to avoid direct contact with the concrete floor. Battery guards can also be used as an additional means of keeping batteries in good condition during the long seasonal months.
The maximum speed of our fat scooters is 45 km/h. It can be relaxed to 60 km/h. Please follow your own country’s speed limit.
Our accessories are specially engineered for Yamaway electric scooters. If you need scooter accessories purchased elsewhere, please show us clear pictures including connectors before placing your order. Because we can’t guarantee the compatibility and validity on products of other manufacturers.
Yes, we accept self-pickup from our Holland warehouse. But it requires a small handling fee.
You cannot modify the controller to make it run faster. Modifying the controller will void any warranty.

Yes, but the water/snow depth is no more than 2 inches. As you know, there is no warranty for damage caused by flooding of the controller, instrument or battery.
It depends on where you are and how you ride. Usually a 20ah battery supports 40km of range.
