Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The bike you receive will be identical to the photos. Occasionally, we may upgrade certain shared components to enhance your riding experience.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

When you place an order, there will be a record of it in My Account and our system will send you an order confirmation, if you don't see it please check the spam folder of your email.

How can I return an item?

Ebike is an big items, and shipping is too much, so if no reason return, buyer needs to pay ship and return shipping. If bike totally broken when you get, we will take all lost. If small problem, we will send you replacements to replace by Free. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Sure, We will Restock the out of items. If you want an ebike urgent, you can contact us to recommend a similar ebike.

For Ebikes we ship from poland/germany/netherland by ups/dpd/dhl, after shipment, you can track on its official website. or 17track.net
